truthlab is responsible for the processing of personal data it receives, under the Privacy Shield Framework, and subsequently transfers to a third party acting as an agent on its behalf. truthlab complies with the Privacy Shield Principles for all onward transfers of personal data from the EU, including the onward transfer liability provisions.
With respect to personal data received or transferred pursuant to the Privacy Shield Framework, truthlab is subject to the regulatory enforcement powers of the U.S. Federal Trade Commission. When you download and use our Services, we automatically collect information on the type dof device you use, operating system version, and the device identifier (or “UDID”). We treat your study questions, responses and data as information that is private to you. We do not sell your survey data to third parties.

If you wish to subscribe to our newsletter(s), we will use your name and email address to send the newsletter to you. If you wish to no longer receive these emails you may follow the unsubscribe instructions contained in each of the email communications you receive.

truthlab collects information under the direction of its Customers, and has no direct relationship with the individuals whose personal data it processes. If you are a customer of one of our Customers and would no longer like to be contacted by one of our Customers that use our service, please contact the Customer that you interact with directly. truthlab works with its Customers to help them provide notice to their customers concerning, the purpose for which personal information is collected. We may transfer personal information to companies that help us provide our service. Transfers to subsequent third parties are covered by the service agreements with our Customers.
truthlab acknowledges that you have the right to access your personal information. truthlab has no direct relationship with the individuals whose personal data it processes. An individual who seeks access, or who seeks to correct, amend, or delete inaccurate data should direct his query to the truthlab‘s Customer (the data controller). If the Customer requests truthlab to remove the data, we will respond to their request within 30 days.
